SC Finance One IFN SA was incorporated in 2001
In 2006, according to the provisions of GO 28/2006, the company changed its form and became a shareholding company, and in its capacity as Non-Banking Financial Institution, it was registered in the General Register of the National Bank of Romania in 2007.
The share capital subscribed and paid up on the incorporation of the company amounted to 125,000 lei and was increased, in the 8 years of activity, up to 1,386,000 lei.
SC Finance One IFN SA carries out its activity in compliance with the Romanian legislation, according to the provisions of the Company Contract.
The company’s headquarters are situated in Romania, Bucharest, 8A Iuliu Maniu Ave., Gema Complex, 1st floor, district 6, and they may be changed only upon the decision of the General Assembly of Shareholders.
Since its incorporation, Finance One IFN SA has been offering financial and operational leasing services to its clients, mainly for motor vehicles, equipments and pleasure boats. In this sense Finance One IFN SA has signed contracts with Opel, Toyota, Volkswagen, Nissan and Renault dealers.
In 2007, the company Finance One IFN SA sold the factoring product experimentally, and in 2008 it was implemented as basic activity, the leasing product remaining on the administration level until the pending contracts are finalized.
